NORMAL Inc. Power Pack Program Needs Donations and Food for Fall Program.
For 30-40 weeks of the school year backpacks are filled with food and sent home with children identified by the school social worker or guidance office as a child in need and a parent meeting is held to obtain consent from the parent. On Mondays and Tuesday bags are filled with food and boxed for delivery to the schools and the staff NORMAL and volunteers prepare the backpacks for the distribution on Thursday & Friday.
