This is How it Works.There are two Contests that will take place, the two Contests are The Lunker Bass Contest, and The Total Weight Contest.
1. The Contestant that weighs in the biggest Largemouth Bass will win The Lunker Gold Cup. Fish can only be checked in by emailing all information to basscontest@mrgsouthernllc.com. SMALLMOUTH and LARGEMOUTH BASS CAN BE entered, AND EACH BASS MUST BE 15 INCHES TO BE RECORDED ON THE BOARD.
2. Remember, this is a Lunker Bass Contest that will last until the end of the summer all checked fish will be the dertimining factor in deciding the winners.
3. Contest takes place wherever you can catch them and you should weigh, measure and take a picture any Bass you catch that you feel will make the board or win. The objective is to have the most weight or the biggest bass on the board when the contest ends, so you can have a chance to win the contest.
4. All winners will be awarded a Trophy/Plaque in their age group.
Children 12-under, -1st * 2nd * 3rd
Teen 13-17, -1st * 2nd * 3rd
Adults 18-up-1st * 2nd * 3rd
5. The “Lunker Bass Contest” will be a Largemouth Bass only, which means each fisherman will weigh in his/her biggest Largemouth Bass (Will weigh up to 3 fish for the overall weight caught take largest).
6. The winner of the “Lunker Bass Contest” will receive a Lunker Gold Cup Award.
7. The Contestant with the most total weight recorded on the board will receive an award.
Remember ALL Largemouth Bass must be 15inches to count for anything in the contest. The Largemouth Bass caught in the “Lunker Tournament” do count for the total weight prize.
8. The total weight prize will be announced after each age category is announced.
9. If there is a tie between two contestants at the end of the contest, the contestant that checked their fish in first will win.
10. A Contestant can only win in their age group:
Children 12-under,
Teen 13-17,
Adults 18-up
11. Only the 3 bass weighed in will go toward the Total Weight Contest.
12. Bank Fishermen or Fisherwomen are welcome to enter.
13. Bass MUST BE CAUGHT, HONESTY IS A MUST!!!!!
*Winners will be posted on the NORMAL Website with their picture with the winning fish.
